New Tenant Requirements

  • Income must be at least 3X the rental amount.
  • Credit score must be 600+.
  • Tenant must not have been evicted from another property.
  • No criminal record.
  • Submit a pre-application with an ID document.

After reviewing the pre-application, the applicant will receive an access code to visit the property. The code is changed daily for the safety of tenants until the property is rented.

TSW Property Rental Policy

Interested in Renting a Property? Follow These Steps:

  1. Submit an application and undergo a tenant check.
  2. Sign a rental contract to confirm the agreement.
  3. Pay the required down payment within 3 days of signing to reserve the property and remove it from the market.
  4. Pay the first month’s rent at least 5 days before the occupancy date. Entry will not be allowed without this payment.
  5. Pay rent on the 1st of each month via the RentRedi system or another method determined by the company.
  6. Maintain the property in good condition and report any issues to the company.

Existing tenants who meet their obligations can move between the company’s properties without needing a new inspection. The contractor will come to the house twice a year to inspect the property.
