New tenant requirements:

Income 3X the rental amount.
Credit score 600+
Tenant not evicted from another property.
No criminal record.
Submit a pre application with an ID document

After reviewing the pre application, the applicant will be given an access code to visit the property. For the safety of the tenants, until the property is rented the code is changed every day.

Did you like the property and are interested in renting it? These are the steps for renting the property with our company:

Submitting an application and checking the tenant.
Signing a rental contract.
Paying the down payment set for the property within 3 days of the contract date – to reserve the property and stop offering it on the market.
Paying the first month’s rent at least 5 days before the occupancy date. Entry into the property will not be allowed without paying the rent days in advance.
The tenant will pay the rent on the 1st of each month via the Rentredi system or another payment system, as determined by the company.
The tenant is obligated to Keep the property in good condition and notify the company of any problems in the property.

Existing tenants who meet their obligations can move between the company’s apartments without the need for new inspections. TSW promises to provide tenants with proper properties and maintain the properties throughout the rental period. Agree to requirements?
